Elephants for good luck!

Or at least this is what my friend Bernarda says from whose lovely boutique I bought this! Since it is quite a striking piece of jewellery I decided to combine it with this simple outfit.

Cat and mouse make a perfect pair

You know by now that the pieces of jewellery I love the most are quirky and handmade. So when I was in Sifnos and I happened to pass by a small shop called Maroulenia and laid eyes on this pair of earrings on display I just knew I had to have them! I did try to resist and didn't immediately buy them the first night I saw them but the next day I was tortured with the idea of not having them so in the evening I entered the shop and without second thoughts I made them mine! And like all children that are excited about their new buy, as soon as I got out of the shop I put them on and happily roamed the narrow streets of Apollonia ;)
