Mod and print

I paid an impromptu visit to Zara last week and while going through the racks and tables of pieces that are still on sale, I found the only pair in my size. I really love their mod girl vibe so I decided to give them a new home. I really should stop buying shoes because I can barely fit them in my closet anymore but it is so hard to resist especially when I find something I like on offer!

The greeks in Oaxaca

I thought it would be a great idea to create a 100% greek outfit and contrast it with the colonial architecture of the centre of Oaxaca. But then I was lucky enough to have access to one of the ateliers of Dr Lakra, internationally renowned artist who resides in the city. So it was a privilege for me to use as a background a wall that he has painted himself with his art. So enjoy the merge of greek fashion and Mexican contemporary art.

The kaftan and the fringe

I am a fool for a dress with an eye-catching print in a simple cut. And if it also makes me feel comfortable and lets me move around without any trouble, then it is mine!
