Yellow and hearts

Spring is here and although I know that floral prints are not exactly groundbreaking, you know that you can't go wrong with them. Another element that you can't miss on your wardrobe are bright colours. You know that I don't shy away from them all year long but for those of you who will not dare while there are clouds in the sky and low temperatures, the time has come to bring out the colours!! This yellow bag is one of the birthday presents I received last week and the timing couldn't have been better :)

Bad stripes

When it comes to outfits I feel like I have multiple personalities. Sometimes I like wearing fancy dresses and looking very formal, sometimes I am all about my jeans and very casual looks, sometimes I like to bring elements from both worlds. So here goes the mood of the day: a dress and a tiny bag to feel girly, colourful shoes to feel the positive vibes and a baseball cap to feel cool!

  • Black and white striped dress: TARGET
  • Coral flatforms with floral print: PRIMARK
  • Grey imitation crocodile skin mini bag: ZARA

Sporty quilt

It is casual Friday so athletic footwear is permitted. However looking girly and cool is key so combining your trainers with a floral dress and a nice bag will do the trick. Comfortable, pretty and ready to go through the last day of work before the weekend!

  • Blue running trainers: NIKE
  • Purple Lil Ukita bag: MARC BY MARC JACOBS

Summer in Athens

It is great to be back home for some days because I get to see family, friends and be close to the beach. Athens is having a heatwave for the past days which means it is extremely hot and the sun is really strong. So a straw hat and shorts are my fashionable way of getting through it.

  • Pink, beige and brown floral print blouse/ denim shorts/ straw hat: H&M
  • Brown "Sisy" sandals: LOLY IN THE SKY
  • Brown handbag: DKNY
  • Brown sunglasses: no brand

White, coral and flowers

Looking good doesn't have to cost you a fortune! I admit I like buying more expensive handbags occasionally because they can last longer so it is worth investing but when it comes to clothes that trends come and go quickly I like to look for very accessible pieces that I feel I can make the most of such as this dress.

  • Long white dress with floral print: ROSS
  • White heeled sandals: ZARA
  • Coral handbag: NINE WEST
  • Black sunglasses with white pearls: LENTES RETRO MX

Butterflies and flowers

As I have said in the past mixing and matching your prints is a yes-yes for me so I include it regularly on my outfits. Why don't you just give it a try? If you are scared it will look too much just follow my lead on this one and only mix them on the upper half of your outfit keeping the rest print free.

  • Black sparkly sneakers: CARVELA KURTE GEIGER

The rise of the sneaker

Who said that sneakers are only suitable to wear with sweats or jeans? Traditionally sneakers were only to exercise or for very casual outfits but in the past years since they got the attention of fashion designers, they have become the go-to-shoe for all fashionistas. Let's not forget that the boost that this trend has given to the classic models such as the Chuck Taylor, the Stan Smith, the AirMax or the New Balance. So now is the moment to leave your high heels aside and let your feet rest without looking out of place!!

  • Floral print quilted dress: PRIMARK
  • Denim jacket: ASOS CURVE
